Hotel is located in between of the lively shopping/restaurant area and picturesque and green area of Sendai, remains of Aoba castle. I could go there of foot early in the morning to see sunrise which I recommend you to do. Hotel itself is quiet, has all you may need, even microvawe which is rare in hotels. Staff is kind, polite and helpful. No breakfast, but around the hotel you will find lots of restaurants.

Room size was quite spacious, better than most business hotels. Plenty of food options nearby ranging from izakayas, cafes and yakitori options. Bed was large and comfortable with a microwave and desk area. Sendai station is not exactly near but maybe a 10-20 mins walk away. A vending machine and washing machine/dryer is available on the ground floor.
